Found young female basset running through traffic at the corner of Féré and Grande-Côte, has a green and blue (dollar-store type) nylon collar. No tags, No Microchip. Could be aged close to 6 months. Very friendly, outgoing, housetrained, and likes other dogs.

The local animal control has been warned, police and Mayor's offices as well. Please don't email me telling me what steps to take in order to help find this owner, i work in animal rescue, and have visited all the avenues.
